Day 01Arrive Kochi – The Queen of the Arabian Sea

Arrive at Cochin International Airport. Transfer to your hotel in Kochi, a city blending colonial charm with coastal elegance. After check-in and some rest, you may opt for a leisurely evening stroll at Fort Kochi, or witness a Kathakali dance performance at a cultural center.

Day 02Kochi to Guruvayur – Sacred Temples & Elephant Blessings

After breakfast, drive to Guruvayur (approx. 3 hrs), home to the revered Sri Krishna Temple, a significant pilgrimage site in South India. Later, visit the Punnathur Kotta Elephant Camp, housing temple elephants in a royal courtyard setting.

Day 03Guruvayur to Thrissur – Cultural Capital of Kerala

Head to Thrissur, the vibrant heart of Kerala's culture and festivals (approx. 1 hr drive). Visit the majestic Vadakkunnathan Temple, a classic example of Kerala-style architecture. In the afternoon, explore Thrissur’s cultural scene, museums, or enjoy local art and music.

Day 04Thrissur to Munnar – Tea Garden Hill Retreat

Begin your scenic drive to Munnar (approx. 5 hrs), a charming hill station draped in misty tea gardens and rolling hills. The rest of the day is free for you to relax and soak in the tranquil ambience of the Western Ghats.

Day 05Munnar Sightseeing – Nature’s Paradise

Today, explore the highlights of Munnar:

  • Eravikulam National Park – home to the endangered Nilgiri Tahr
  • Tea Museum – showcasing the region's rich tea history
  • Mattupetty Dam & Lake – ideal for serene views and photography
  • Echo Point – famous for natural echo phenomena and panoramic views
    Return to your hotel for the evening.

Day 06Munnar to Thekkady – Spice Country & Wildlife

Drive to Thekkady (approx. 4 hrs), nestled in the heart of spice country. After check-in, enjoy a guided spice plantation tour, learning about cardamom, pepper, and more. Later, take a relaxing boat ride on Periyar Lake, with chances to spot elephants and wildlife along the banks.

Day 07Thekkady to Sabarimala – Pilgrimage Experience (Seasonal)

Proceed to Sabarimala (approx. 4-5 hrs), one of the holiest pilgrimage sites in India, dedicated to Lord Ayyappa. Open during Mandala Pooja (Nov–Dec) and Makaravilakku (Jan) seasons. If accessible, visit the Sannidhanam (main temple complex) for darshan and spiritual ambiance.
Overnight stay at a nearby accommodation (Pathanamthitta region/Sabarimala base).

Day 08Sabarimala to Alleppey – Houseboat Backwater Cruise

Drive to Alleppey (approx. 3-4 hrs), known as the Venice of the East. Board your private deluxe houseboat and cruise through tranquil backwaters, passing by lush paddy fields, village life, and coconut groves. Enjoy onboard freshly prepared Kerala cuisine and the peaceful rhythm of the waterways.

Day 09Alleppey to Kochi – Departure

Disembark after breakfast and drive back to Kochi (approx. 1.5 hrs). Depending on your flight time, you may enjoy some last-minute shopping, visit Jew Town or Dutch Palace, or take a brief heritage tour of Fort Kochi. Transfer to the airport for your onward journey with beautiful memories of Kerala.
